Pam has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2001, but her interest in fitness began while she was a student at the University of Oklahoma. In 2006 she was certified in the STOTT PILATES® Method. As co-owner of Premier Pilates Plus, Pam’s goal is to provide clients with the most up to date and comprehensive instruction possible. “There is nothing like seeing my clients achieve their goals and gain confidence”.

Karla has worked in the fitness industry since 1990 while attending college in Mexico. In 1996 she moved to the United States where she was first introduced to Pilates. In 2000 Karla was certified as a Pilates instructor through the Physical Mind Institute and in 2007 she obtained a full STOTT PILATES® certification. As co-owner of Premier Pilates Plus, Karla's goal is to educate her clients in the importance of regaining and/or maintaining a functional body through life as well as providing them with the highest quality of training.

Laura has been practicing Pilates for many years and teaching since 2009. Her attraction to Pilates, and the STOTT PILATES® method in particular, stems from her appreciation for the idea that small movements can make a big difference in life.

Before incorporating Pilates into her active lifestyle, Laura focused on dance and gymnastics as well as actively training for most of her life.

A native of Minnesota, she has explored the world living and experiencing cultures as varied as Thailand, England, Germany, Australia, California, Illinois, Arizona and finally Dallas, Texas.
